Ordering an item from Michael & Son's? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some items may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer. Michael & Son's uses USPS and both FedEx Ground and Express services.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email or phone call to confirm your order and to give you an estimated shipping and delivery time.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Michael & Son's will depend upon the method and option you choose. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns
100% Satisfaction or your money back. Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Postage and Delivery charges are not included in refund and return shipping is at buyer's expense. There will be a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise pre-approved.
