Genoa Lakes Golf Course
There are two gorgeous locations situated on the golf course to handle larger wedding parties. You can have your wedding outside on the green. It is absolutely beautiful and scenic. No view is a bad one and your photos will be breathtaking. With the natural beauty of Nevada in the background and the sounds of running water features you will make memories that last a lifetime.

Orchard House
A once amazing bed and breakfast has been turned into a beautiful yard to hold outdoor weddings and other special events. The property has been owned for 5 generations by the same family! Although it is a personal residence, you are welcomed into Betsy and Randy Falcke’s home. Your bridal party will have access to a room inside the house to dress and prepare for your special day. A beautiful garden and yard will add amazing color to your wedding photos. With many trees for shade and a luscious green lawn you and your guests will feel the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the small Douglas County town of Genoa, Nevada.

Trimmer Outpost
If you want a more ranch style wedding then Trimmer Outpost is a must. The 1800s house and barn has been restored so that it can accommodate birthday parties, special events and of course weddings. A large yard and a small western rodeo arena will make for special western themed wedding photos. The Ranch One ranch has been in the family since 1909. The family is still producing all-natural, grass-fed beef and sells it from the gift shop.

believe to be made of diamond. According to research from Ohio State Univerity there are several planets that could exist in the Milky Way galaxy that are made up of more than 50 percent diamonds. It is believed that these planets have very rich carbon-rich cores and mantles, which would be in the form of a diamond. “We think a diamond planet must be a very cold, dark place,” Wendy Panero, associate professor at the School of Earth Sciences at Ohio State Univerity said.
