14KT Gold Semi-Mount Engagement Ring

We originally purchased our wedding set at Michael & Sons back in 1997..we recently returned to have a small diamond that fell out of the ring replaced. What we got back was really amazing!..after 28 years they returned my wife's ring back it's original new condition!!..we are both amazed at the craftsmanship at a very good price. We will definitely come here again for an upgrade!!..thank you all at Michael & Sons.

I bought a pendant (not the first) from Michael & Sons at an event. I needed a custom bale made to accommodate the chain I was planning to wear it on. Then, because we were at an event, I left Dave with my chain. Dave made the most beautiful custom bale for me. And, he shipped it to me so quickly that I was surprised by the delivery. Talk about first class service… he polished the entire piece so nicely that everything looked brand new with mirror finishes, then he boxed it up for me so it presented in the most stunning way when I opened it! I was truly impressed. Service like this is so rare these days! Michael & Sons are the best and they are obviously committed to delighting their customers.

Michael's replaced an earring from scratch for me and it is indistinguishable from its mate--their craftsmanship is exceptional, and their service unmatched. They even helped me with a watchband replacement on site. There is a basic kindness and decency that I wasn't expecting from a jewelry store. I encourage you to visit them.

Michael & Sons has a friendly and efficient atmosphere. Also I was immediately impressed that they do design work and repair work on premise. Sometimes they even make it fun by spinning to take dollars off your purchase.

My wife had some work done at Michael & Sons (M&S) on her platinum, channel-set wedding ring, March 2025. Sparing the details, and for reasons that turned out to be understandable, the work was not up to M&S standards. I posted a review expressing our concerns. David, the owner and “son” of M&S, saw it and contacted me to explain and offered to “make it right.” We were more than prepared to move on and were pleasantly surprised by David’s persistence, only to later find out just how committed he is to customer satisfaction. His commitment went far beyond addressing our initial concerns and included meeting us on numerous occasions and completely rebuilding the ring to restore it to its original condition, as purchased 30 years ago. This bespoken process included creating a mold, pouring the ring using the mold, grinding and polishing the channeled ring, resetting the diamonds, and replacing two of the diamonds, damaged years ago. None of which was asked for, nor expected, rather a reflection of David’s commitment to his customers and their satisfaction. We picked up the ring yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. We cannot say enough about David and Michael & Sons and would highly recommend their services.

David and crew have created from scratch, custom one of a kind items for me such as pendants, fraternal rings, solid gold challenge coins, and many more. I have yet to bring an idea to them and have them say “no”. Pricing is always fair, based on market rates, and customer experience is second to none! Note: the ring and pendant pictured are ones that were made for me years ago and have been worn daily since. While they could use a polish, they have stood up to my abuse.
