I love Michael's! We really come here as our primary jeweller's for a few reasons: 1. They can fix and repair our watches, and change the batteries. 2. They have a great selection of native american jewelry, as well as other jewelry. 3. Anytime I need something done like a ring sized or a safety chain added or something like that, they do it well, quickly and for a reasonable charge. 4. If I'm scrapping out a piece of silver or gold, I can trust that they're giving me a fair price. They're a full service jeweller and they do their own quality work in-house.

I have trusted Michael and Son’s for all my jewelry needs since the first day I met them. David and crew have created from scratch, custom one of a kind items for me such as pendants, fraternal rings, solid gold challenge coins, and many more. I have yet to bring an idea to them and have them say “no”. Pricing is always fair, based on market rates, and customer experience is second to none! Note: the ring and pendant pictured are ones that were made for me years ago and have been worn daily since. While they could use a polish, they have stood up to my abuse.

Michael & Sons made me 9 custom bolo ties for my groomsmen and myself. They had a great attitude the entire time and always kept me in loop throughout the process. I wouldn’t go to any other jewelry shop in town if you need custom work done. The bolos turned out great!

Michael & Sons is the only place I would trust with any repairs to my jewelry. Their service always exceeds expectations. Recently, I had them weld my wedding band to the engagement ring and they had it ready for me in just a few days, so that was nice. The people are so nice and pleasant to work with and I never mind having to wait a few minutes because their store is so fun to window shop in!

We were so impressed with Michael & Sons that we will never go to any other jeweler in town! I got my wedding band from this jeweler back in 2020. My engagement ring is custom made and very unique, so I decided to just get a cute band that I liked to wear on a separate finger since it would be hard to find a band to match my ring. My husband and I just celebrated our five year wedding anniversary and I told him I’d like a custom band that goes with my engagement ring so I can wear them as a set. I had no idea what my husband had in store for me, it turned out better than I ever could have imagined! Instead of just a band, he had the most beautiful ring guard made. He used some family heirloom diamonds in combination with new diamonds. Michael & Sons made a custom ring mold and filled it with white gold, then added all the diamonds. They made sure it perfectly lined up with my engagement ring and even added our wedding date on the inside of the rings. They did a phenomenal job—it looks like the same jeweler who made the engagement ring made the ring guard even though they are actually from jewelers in different parts of the country! The ring came with an excellent warranty policy that has a lot of great features for maintaining the high quality of this jewelry. We ended up getting an appraisal done here too and I’ve already brought in other jewelry for them to fix. David is the owner and my husband had nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his associates! Everyone was very professional and kind. My husband loved that he was able to work together with David to create something beautiful that we loved. There are cameras everywhere and we love that they do all their work and appraisals in-house without sending your jewelry out anywhere. Everything was so fast too. From my husband approaching them with his idea to when we had the ring guard in hand was about a week and a half! And the appraisal only took a few days. Thank you David and staff for such a great experience and taking amazing care of us and our jewelry!!
